Well, first of all, its important to know the pathology of those polyps. Nevertheless, considering no invasion of the muscularis mucosa, etc, and benign polyps, the next colonoscopy should be in 5-10 years. Nevertheless, for dysplastic polyps, 3-5 years. In general, I think it was a poorly written question. We need a lot more information to rule-in or ruleout CA and manage the patient accordingly.

Explanation:

High risk pt should have repeat colonoscopy in 3yr
High risk pt includes:
- Large polyp (>2 cm)
- Multiple adenomatous polyp (>2)
- Villous adenoma
- High grade dysplasia or noninvasive cancer at initial colonoscopy
