When you request for any consultation for eg Surgical consultation in Appendicitis .

Is it enough that Appendectomy for suspected appendicitis ( It will always there is expilicit mangement advice order other tests) or Do I need to write Suspected Appendicitis and new order for Appendectomy...

appendicitis is clinical diagnosis....so order x ray abdomen series and usg abdoman......dont go for ct abdoman (as it will take 4-5 hrs)
