I don't have any us LOR but can get 2 from australia. Is that worth trying ? Or only US Lor is considered good?

If you cant get US LOR it is not the end, many IMGs dont have USCE or US LOR and they match.

Does that mean no need of LOR or should I ask my Australian prof for LOR? Is it worth attaching LOR from other countries? I got letter from hospital stating I worked there, does that count as anything?
I worked there for 2 years but don't have any contact here in USA. Planning to apply in october. still after MPSE and step 1. done with ck and cs.
Please someone help me!

You Should use australian LORs they would definitely carry some weightage
