hi freinds
i have question about step one timing.
if i do the test in december this year,do i have a chance to apply for maching if i do the second step in july2010?
or i will be late than,and will not be able to inter the mach?
if i couldnt apply in 2010 what chance i have to get a residency program for 2011.

Your steps for matching in 2010 should be DONE by september 1st (to be safe ) and if you want to go for matching of 2011 than you should finsih everthing by septemeber 1st 2011 .It is as simple as that.

but finishing the steps should be before september?
i mean it will take 2 months to get my step 2 CS results!
so it will be november when i got the results test..

are you sure?
because i heared that i need to finish all the 3 tests before june?
2 months for getting results=augest
application starts september every year.

i am planning to take step 1 at january 2010,then step 2CK june,and CS july 2010.
what do you think friends???
am I on the right way or should change the dates and make it faster??

That is a good plan.Stop listening to this one and that one.Make sure vereything is odne by september 1st(to be sure ).You can apply with two exams ,but it is better to hav eanything done.No program director looks at the application in june or july...They will start looking at teh application in the end of september ,so by October -November 1st -1th ,you will know the interview date..
