Hello,

Can we submit the application before sept 1.
When do waive to see the LOR is it during return request/
because I made a mistake I didn't print the cover letter and do not remember that I sent waive request.

please help.

you cannot submit before Sept 1

if you have waived to see the letter you will not get it back..

Can not be earlier than Sept 1st
If you don't send it in sealed envelope or if the LOR is not sent by the writer, they will assume that you don't waive your right to see it which I think is best since you might need it again just in case you didn't match this year.
