hey guys;
this exam is not easy at all,it is much more complex then step 2ck.i dont know what i have done.i m scared.question were lenthy with multiple complains and then they were asking the next step.but anyhow i want to thanks this forum and the docters on this forum,with their guidance i wont able to pass,which i wish i will.believe me this exam is not theoritical,no matter which book u study ,its not going to make any difference.best of luck to u all.
my cases were
prostatic carcinoma
ovarian carcinoma
anorexia
diabetes
pneumonia
pericardial temponade
mi
cant remember more,i m exhauted.
