I am doing my residency and trying to study for step 3. I took step 3 twice and I failed both times. I am not sure what to do or what to study now to pass this test? What are the best sources to use to study for step 3? Should I take Kaplan course the next time I study for the test?

It is very hard to study when you do residency. have you tried any courses? If you can do a review course do that otherwise, read Current medical diagnosis and treatment.

step 3 is being a hard exam for many people so keep trying, USMLE-W, Current med, blueprints in gyn/OB . I did not find kaplan notes helpful.
I took premier review in march and liked their notes, study environment and tips for this exam. Also it is good to be around and receive support of people in the same situation.
