Guys what if somebody can not get mspe from your med school ?

Its okay if you cannot. MSPE is mainly for AMGs rather than IMGs. Besides a lot of the times you may get interviews before Nov 1 thats when the MSPEs are released by ECFMG/ERAS for all.
You may just say no on your profile... ECFMG will place a neutral statement for you on your profile.

If you are unable to secure the MSPE from your medical school, you must indicate this on page 12 of the MyERAS application. A neutral placeholder letter will be provided in place of the MSPE. The placeholder letter will be provided to all of the programs to which you apply, and will state, œThis is in lieu of an MSPE. This will ensure that your application will appear as complete for those programs that require an MSPE before considering your application.
