Medical school education training interrupted? - cloudy

my medical school training not interrupted, though during my residency of one year. I took two months off due to some obligations. then continued and completed it in full.

I am not sure should i mention it where they are asking.......My letter says the dates for which i got traiing and shows the gap... and does it look like that
