problem with 327 a verification - swapnobilas

i got a letter from ecfmg that my 327a form is not signed by authorized person. but it's the dean . ecfmg send it again. this time same thing will happen as the dean is same and his signature wont match to their record.does anyone know how i can fix it?
please let me know. i'd really appreciate your help.

yes. to me as well. i've no idea what to do??!! mine was signed by the dean as well!!!!!
