Selection of a candidate in an interview. - residenc
#1
Hi guys just wanted your views on this. I have no USCE/no USLORs. So i applied mostly to those programs which had the criteria "USCE not required" or "USCE not required but preferred". And already got few interview calls. My credentials are 99/97/cs passed all first attempt/GC/2007 grad.

My question now is when i do attend the interviews. does the "no USCE" in my profile still matter or is it just how i perform in the interview that matters? (or is it that USCE just helps improve your profile and get more number of interviews?)

What if i do good in an interview just as well as another candidate with USCE. then what matters? will the program choose him/her over me coz of USCE?

Really appreciate your help. Thanks.
