anyone get this email?its a rejection rite?not actually that ive been put on hold?it just means that i didnt get an interview, i mean why wud they EVER go bak to my application if *any of the slots open up*?

Hello and thank you for taking the time and expense to apply to our program.
We wanted to update you on your status. You are recieving this email because
we have your application "on hold".

Each year, there are many candidates who meet our preferences, but we only
have a limited number of interview slots, hence, a large number of candidates
may meet our preferences, but not be offered an interview. When we have you
on hold, that means we review those applications again when there are openings
to make decisions on whom to further invite.

We realize that not getting an interview is disappointing. We do ask that you
not contact us to re-examine your application or have others contact us on
your behalf.

We wish you the best and if an opening develops, and we can offer you an
interview, we will contact you via ERAS.

I got the same email last month and now I got it again today saying that ma applicaton 'on hold'..
I dunno what dey r doin? has anyone got a clear cut rejection or they are sending everyone this 'polite rejection'?
