Every year, ACGME collects confidential review about the program from residents. Final years must make use of this opportunity and report about extremely malignant faculty (defined as those who terminate interns, residents). Let such malignant faculty be fired from their cushy job. Unlike poor intern or resident whose medical career is over upon termination from residency, the faculty can go to private practice.
