ROS in the first Aid only talk as is------> Negative except as above?....any input about that?......

if u wer in real hospital setting and have 12 patients,and hav 10 minutes for each patient note then how much detailed patient note can one write.if u can write fast enough to write a detailed ROS then nothing wrong in it,but if u cant then writing only positive findings in ROS is fine. Usually even in real hospital setting only psitive findings are written in patient note.
Take this exam as if u are seeing real patients.

u have to write the same which is written in FA.i did same and passed comfortably.
