nebody offered pre-match in brookdale, wht time they usually offer pre-matches. any help will be appreciated

PC said that they will send prematch offer to the chosen candidates in December.

my cousin got prematched last week, all the spot are filled, my cousin was the last one, he is from pakistan, sorry but i heard there are spot at san barnabas
