neck pain while carrying books from the basement to

can SAH get hyper reflexia and eye moovement prob?

only meningitis and SAH can cause HA and stiffy neck.

only SAH has the hyper acute presentation, also meningitis will give high fever.

SAH may cause increased intra cranial pressure which is responsible for the hyper reflexia.

In the exam, take the clues and discards the misleading info ...
