PSVT & SVT are synonyms clinically and for every exam. Don't get confused.

that means we should look for irregular rythm to diagnose afib.. anything regular narrow complex,altered p wave and h.rate around 150 is psvt.. sawtooth waves is flutter.. anything else..?
