Mountainside hospital, Montclair, NJ. They hire 8 ppl first year, 6 cat and 2 prelim, when the 2 preliminary leave after forst year, they hire 2 people into their 2nd year. Goodluck.

websites like findaresident usually have advertisements put up for 2nd yr posts,when someone leaves or a program has a planned opening coming up ...but you have to pay to register.

the official place is AAMC's findaresident.com ..you need to subscribe
i think though 2nd year positions are the hardest to come about...but try it
