is it OK to adress the PC by her first name when writing her a thank you email? should I write dear Ms.(last name) or dear (first namr)!

I am asking because the PC was so friendly we 've been calling her by her first name during the IV, so I though it would be more friendly if I write dear(first name) in the thank you email.
