I got a path prematch and withdraw from NRMP this afternoon. I did not receive any email for confirmation so far. Just wonder if I will get an email. I try to forward something to the program to show that I withdraw from NRMP......

I don't think they are going to send email regarding this.
Why don't you just print and send it to the program.
