Hypothalamus--->(GHRH)---->Gq-coupled receptor(ant.pituitory)--->(GH)----->JAK/STAT receptor(Liver etc.)---->IGF-1(somatomedin)----->Tyrosine kinase receptor-MAP-kinase pathway(Epiphyseal plate-chondrogenesis).

sam i just made notes as i read from same books we all are using. i know its an imporatnt topic so i just made separate notes under Receptors i mieght be adding more to my notes as i see something that is related to it. just trying to relate so i can shrink stuff for final days of revision.
