guys well i graduated in 2004 april and also had no gap because i had 1 year observership experience in us , but still i got a email from the program saying that i need 50 credit hours extra.
premedical transcripts are for those who did bsc after high school u do nto need class 11 and 12 certificate. Also you have to send original mark sheets of your mbbs as your medicla school transcripts.

Send the original transcript from your medical school. Not your marksheets...

Also you will need a transcript of 2 yr of pre-professional education. If you didnt go to college (like the US grads), you could provide 2 yr of transcript showing your 11th-12th grades. This again has to be from your high school/ college.
