dna topoisomerase II can introduce -ve supercoiling into DNA, whereAS dna topoisomerase I can relax the supercoils.[ from kaplan book]

negatively supercoiled dna means more loosely than watson crick dna,,that means according to me is relax,, so y in above its written so that I do -ve supercoiling whereAS dna topoisomerase I can relax the supercoils.

isn't that I and II are doing same work of relaxing...
