How would you treat someone with a hot nodule? This has hyperthyroid symptoms right with low TSH and high T3/T4 right? I know cold nodule you would remove through surgery.

Also what is the first step in diagnosing a thyroid neoplasm, is it via TSH or radionucleotide scan?

for solitary nodule first do TSH.......then TSH normal do FNAC AND TSH is low then do RAIU scan -uptake is increased ---------hot nodule----------observation
