sorry to break the news but you are not eligible for the scramble. =The problem is not that you can not get the unfilled programs list but it is reuire that you are registered to the nrmp so you can access their match system with your ID.

hi friends..please ...i want to know if i got the result of last/third USMLE test in january 2012,will i be able to inter scramble day/i dont have a chance to apply for matching.so when the ECFMG certificate should be available? i will apply to ERAS in october with step 1 result only hopefully finish all the exames with results in january 15.
