DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN IS A PERSON ALLOWED TO ATTEMPT STEP 3. I AM A NEW YORK RESIDENT, FOREIGN MED SCHOOL GRAD, JUST FINISHED STEP 2.

after you pass step one, step two cs, step two ck and you receive your ecfmg certificate...then you are allowed to sit for step three.You will need your ecfmg certificate release date.
