what about h/o falling to ground and hitting head now coming w/t subdural hematoma complaints
but also has abdominal complaints of pancreatic cancer(and no painless jaundice here)
which answer to choose if there are 2 problems at a time in a pt.
my way is to choose the dx for which the pt has come to u he came for CSD hematoma though additionally u found pancreatic cancer.
so what to do in these types of qs
choose pancreatic cancer or subdural hematoma though both present at the same time??????????
