Hey guys! while working as phlebotomist, in Alzeimer unit an elevated patient with help of elevated"mood" nurse,drew blood and the nurse said she got it,you know pressing the venopuncture and patient took of the guoze and the tape, and got of course hematoma on the hand,and next day they blame me and fired me. Is that gotten me problem for resident program? you know they have back up checks. please advise me. thanks
