I am sure you can do that bc you can get a F1 student visa ,but you need to provide to immigration of how you are going to pay $60 000 + for the PA School ,plus the living expenses ,so if you have that kind of monay or a paper proving that or a sponsor ,plus if you get acccepted you can study PA.
