adrenal insufficiency------------------------->no aldosterone, no corisol-------------------->sodium wasting------------->sodium exreted in urine------------->potasssium retained--------------->Hydrogen ions retained------------->more acid------------------->more H+ bind to Chloride ions---------->more HCl---------------->HYPERCHLORIMAEMIC METABOLIC ACIDOSIS

does it make sense blooom

i know this what i wanted to know at which level kidney retain Cl ion and in exchange of what ion.

u have chloride ions in the blood---so when we loose so when we retain the hydrogen ions they bind with chloride ions----indicating hyperchloremic

do we retaing the chloride ions too ... i dont know...cud u tell me where

or cud somoene xplain
