Why not AAA? I think AA also is the choice.

@pav10 A is not a choice because it can be increased in other conditions also like porphyrias or iron defeciency anemia iron is required for last step of heme synthesis for hormone ferrochelates which will lead to increase in substrate before point of inhibition
so it can not be the option to screen lead poisoning.
