if PPD test positive start INH

if PPD test positive first do x-ray to exclud active TB before starting INH

if PPD positive, first step is always CXR and if CXR +ve, multiple drug therapy.
If CXR -ve, treat as latent TB with INH for 9 months.
Never repeat PPD after treatment. It will stay positive.
