Lung. I am not certain but i feel this to be the intuitive answer.
Skin - Senile angioma = estrogen Bones = epiphyseal development ( lack of aromatase even in males - osteoproris, tall ) Adipose = Obvious Brain - Possible need for sensing estrogen. But i am not too sure
