I am a old IMG and out of clinical practice for 07 years.I heard that even with good scores like in 99, there is less chance of securing a residency based on my lack of clinical practice. i heard about americlerkship they offer an handson clinical clerkship, but they are very expensive. any feedback will help me to decide whether to spent such a huge amount of money and time too.
Is there any other organization who is offering such courses.

I HAD A VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE WITH AMERICLERKSHIP. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING, THEY ARE SOO SHADY.
YOU DON'T HAVE ANY GUARANTEE THEY WILL DO WHAT THEY PROMISE.
WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY GAVE ME 100 EXCUSES NOT TO GIVE ANYTHING BACK. NASSER HORRIAT, FROM FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT WHO I SUSPECT IS THE OWNER, IS COMPLETE LYING SHADEBALL THAT STEALS PEOPLE'S MONEY.
