complete physical.............

then, cbc bmp urinalysis cxr esr ldh lft pt ptt

send home and schedule appointment after 3 days.

pt arrives....do interval history and focused physical

then order lymphnode biopsy and send pt home

when pt arrives...... order.....Counsel about diagnosis, Ct chest, Ct abd and pelvis, MRI brain, skeletal survey and BM biopsy for staging

If stage 1A/2A......order radiation and radiation therapy consult

For all other stage order......consult oncology and prescribe ABVD

5 mins screen......dont forget to order cbc, ldh and esr 4 weeks later to monitor response to Rx and all other things u know wht to order on 5 mins screen
