how do we manage GERD case in CCS? - clobetasol

do we do EGD on the first visit?

it depends on duration.....since how long patient have GERD.....if it 5 or more years then we can directly go for EGD......otherwise just life modifications and PPIs

and we can schedule EGD later in 5 mins screen.

hi i need some help , just started ccs
1. what do we write to counsel for regular exercise
2.if the patient is not asmoker ,do we still have to cunsel fr it
3. do we have to write duration of medicines in office cases

just started ccs , i m quite confused abt a lot of things,,any input is appreciated...thanx

1. just type regular exercise
2. if patient is not a smoker than counselling is not necessary but u can do it....it will not lower ur point
3. we cant specify treatment duration in CCS . so just schedule follow up whenever u want
