How long for score to come back? - documet

Does anyone know how long it takes for the step score to come back? Any help with this question would be appreciated. Thanks guys...

Anyone taking the new version of the test has to wait until July. The have to collect scores of the new version to form another curve based on the 46 q type of test.
If you took the old version of the test, i.e. 48 q then you wait anywhere from 3-4 wednesdays.

I need to get my score in by Sept 1st...how long before should I take the exam to get it in by that date? Thanks for your help.

I think once they form a new curved based on the new format, then it should go back to getting the results within 3-4 wednesdays. If you wanna make sure it comes in by Sept 1st then you might wanna take it at the start of Aug or even last week of July. But anyway, it is always better to double check with ECFMG if you are serious about wanting your score by Sept 1st, that way you can be sure when to go for the test.
