telengiectasia is a sign f cirrhosis... so dupuytrens contracture shd b answer...

B. dupuytren's contracture occurs in chronic alcoholics due to contracture of palmar aponeuroses...not necessarily a sign of cirrhosis,but may occur in alcoholic cirrhosis
