what is Na filtration in mEq/day?
How to calculate for the answer is 20160 mEq/day?

--Inulin Clearance = GFR=100ml/min
--If the GFR is 100ml per minute ,then per day it equals(multiply it by the number minutes in one day)=144000ml/day
--changing to L=144L/day

--hence GFR for one day equals 144L/day

--why we are changing the GFR to L/day..because we are asked the Na filteration in mEq/day and we have the Na plasma concentration in Litres

Na filterationin mEq/Day=GFR *Plasma Na concentration
=144 L/day * 140mEq/L
=20160 mEq/Day...note that the units L cancel each other...
