Hi:
They are different..In kaplan qbank only physio questions and some pathophysio, both all together about 700 questions..you will see some questions over the qbank but not all of them..

Well physio qbank helped me a lot to understand all those diagrams and endocrino.It hepls definetely for those small details you may want to master.
