jervell lange nielsen syndrome ( AR with neurosensory deafness)
and Romano ward sydrome which is autosomal dominant

To add something more the QT prolongation predisposes to Torsade de pointes . Look for the sx of syncope episode and No disorientation which is de DD with seizure , Family History of sudden cardiac death, Hearing impairment.Tx is Propanolol
