Bp normal, no sxs. kap says tx based on sxs not on specific levels. if his bp is low then we use NS. he is alert and oriented so doesnt need hypertonic saline

i would choose h..since not acute, stable hiccupping for 1 week. even tho hiccups may be a cns problem..i dont kno the mechanism,
