All the programs to which I applied say," Downloaded but not viewable until Nov. 1st, 2010 " about my MSPE. what does that mean? Why is it so? I am worried!!!

its ''ALL OR NONE'' phenomenon.. All programs will see MSPE of all candidates starting 1 st nov. RELAX..

It simply means the programs do not get MSPE before nov 1st,( eras doesn give it to them before that date ) and its true for everybody, so do not worry.
