Almost 65% of programs do not bother to send you a rejection letter. If you do not receive anything by Dec from community programs then safe to assume that it is a rejection. That is the way it is dude.....nothing you can do about it.
These days if your scores are above 90 1st attempt and then you have some usce, you can get some iv's at least.
