Repeat applicant - matchrep

I matched last year but I wasn't able to start residency because of licensing issues. What do you think is the probability of getting interviews in places where I had interviews last year?
Anyone with a similar experience?

Nope. I matched somewhere in New jersey.
My questions is how the PD's view my application if they remember that they interviewed me last year?
Or what can I say if some PD remember me during the interview?
