How about doing diploma in psych from ireland or eng.
or Doing some kind to diploma in psychiatry from europe.Please any body can advise me what to do.I hve one year US psych experience

What do you mean by doing diploma from ireland?
Any experience in the field will give you a leg up, especially if you earn a degree in the states(ms, phd in neuroscience, psychology).
1 year of experience in the US is great. is it an externship?

I think the year's experience is psych would help your chances greatly..Programs in psych tend to be wary of candidates who apply to psych as a backup to medicine and the year's experience in your case would go a long way in convincing them of your commitment. I am not sure what your scores are but they can be a factor too...having said that in Psych they are less stringent of a cut off compared to medicine...
