I have question In er case when should we discharge the patient ?

I advance the case to day 2 but the simulated time is 4hr can I discharge the patients

i dont understand, did u keep the patient for 2nd day where time in er was 4 hrs, all depend on the case, give me an example so i can help

i can give u an example, like baby swollen a peanut or something, so we can this baby to monitor for few hrs and then discharge..

first in er ,then I shifted to ward advanced the clock to day 2 ,but the simulated time was 4hrs .that is my doubt can I discharge the patient

IF PT IS FEELING BETTER AND YOU KNOW FOR SURE THAT YOU DID WHAT U HAVE TO DO, THEN U CAN DISCHARGE
