I am an old IMG grad 10 years, with 2 step 2 failures and an82on third attempt. Step 1 pass first attempt 75
am I wasting my time and mony? Please advise

Already you passed steps. So, no need to think about time and money. Try in Northeastern states.

you have a decent chance but you need to apply early and wisely. research programs that don't have grad year cutoff and no limit on step attempts. Also its very imp. to apply to a variety of specialties...there are many fp and psych programs who have no cutoffs whatsoever.
