1. i m applying on H1 visa becoz my father used to be sick and i need to move back and forth to my home country which i will not be able to do on J1 visa.
2. initially i will get H1 visa for 3 years and i can exit and enter usa during this period at any time???rite???
3. after these 3 years how can i further extend my visa for next 3 years???do i need to go out from usa for this purpose ???
4. during the extended 3 years can i still safely exit and enter usa witout any problem in any case of emergency???
5.what will be the best time to apply for green card while on H1b visa??and how much approx time it will take for the green card process???
6.if my 6 years H1b visa finishes and green card still in process then do i have to leave usa???
