How important is MSPE and do they actually wait to read it on Nov 1 before issuing IVs?

not really important for IMGs, but they might end up crossing u from their list if you had a bad evaluation.

It is as good as toilet paper to wipe PD's ass! Many don't even care to read MSPE for IMGs. It is mainly for AMGs.
